About this Event
You’re invited to celebrate the opening of Pope Francis Center’s Bridge Housing Campus!
Pope Francis Center (PFC) is dedicated to serving the homeless. Despite expanding services over the past three decades, the need is still high for these individuals and we wanted to do even more. We envisioned a one-of-a-kind facility in Detroit that meets the complex needs of those who are chronically homeless. On June 3, 2024, we will celebrate this piece of our mission coming to life with the opening of our new 40-unit Bridge Housing Campus - under construction since April 2022 in Detroit’s Core City - made possible with your help.
Join key Pope Francis Center leaders as well as public and private partners as we celebrate the progress of the development, including the vital resources we will offer to the guests and surrounding community, and discuss how this work all connects back to our mission of ending chronic homelessness in Detroit.
You'll also have the chance to tour the facility afterward and speak to the team that made our collective hardwork possible.
Please RSVP through Eventbrite. Have someone that might be interested? Please let us know at [email protected]
When we work together, miracles happen and this Campus is a true testament to that. We look forward to celebrating this moment with you!
