The Broken Yolk Cafe will celebrate the grand opening of its fifth Southern Nevada location on Monday March 3 2025 in Summerlin at 9480 W. Sahara Ave inside Village Square Plaza.
Join us for opening day festivities starting at 7 a.m. including a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12:30 p.m. with Commissioner April Becker. The first 100 guests to purchase an entrée will receive a $25 gift card and guests who sign up on the Broken Yolk Cafe app and set Summerlin as their primary location can spin a prize wheel for exciting items including swag discounts and prizes from local partners Poppy Collective and Color Me Mine.
