The Annual Pirongia Craft Day is on the Sunday. The main street is closed and the town is full of different craft stalls and activities. Depending on interest we can visit local op shops in Te Awamutu on Saturday and have bbq Saturday night or go to dinner at local RSA depending on the weather. The campsite has town supply water but no powered sites. There is a lovely small bushwalk. Dogs are welcome on leads. Campers must have their own toilet facilities
Please note dogs are not allowed at the craft day venue
