10:30-11:30a: Yoga with Elizabeth Garcia
Get ready to energize your body with dynamic movement, meditation, and breathwork. In this 60-minute class, we’ll dive into sequences that blend strength, balance, and flexibility, all aimed at reconnecting your mind and body with the power of your breath. Be ready to flow and ground ourselves together. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any other props needed for support.
12-1p: Zumba with Mike Gomez
Get moving with Mike Gomez for 60 minutes of high volume, interactive, Zumba dancing fun. Mike will get you moving and shaking on a Saturday morning, having a blast and burning calories.
