Choose from 3 free classes:
8:30- 10:15 am- Piyo, a flowing, active combination of yoga and Pilates
10-11:30 am - Yin Yoga, a meditative gentle class with long holds & breathing
6-7:30 pm -Yin Yoga, a meditative gentle class with long holds & breathing.
