Join the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation and the family and friends of Dr. O'dell Moreno Owens as we celebrate his life and continue his legacy by attending Celebrate Dr. O'dell Moreno Owens Cincy Style on Friday, September 27, 2024 at The Montgomery Inn Boathouse from 6:30 - 11:00 PM. We are working to endow the scholarship fund he started for Black and Brown students with financial need from Cincinnati Public, Newport Independent and Covington Independent Schools who share his dream of going to college.
