Paper and Pen-Mice and Men: A Constitution TaleWhat happens when the Framers of the US Constitution meet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1787 to write this very important document and little furry creatures keep getting in their way? Mayhem, of course!
Come for this FREE puppet show designed for children of any age to have some fun, learn about our United States Constitution and to celebrate Constitution Week- held every year September 17-23!
Constitution games and puzzles are also featured! Refreshments will be served.
2:00pm: First performance, starting with the voices of Third Grade Grassland Elementary School Students
3:00pm: Constitutional Bell Ringing will take place throughout our country on this day at the same time!
3:30pm: Second performance
The puppets and play were created, produced, and directed by members of the Old Glory Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution from Franklin, TN. The play will be presented at the Williamson County Public Library Meeting Room.
