About this Event

Celebrate Bourbon Month with George Dickel and Blade & Bow with the American Whiskey Workshop!

Time to celebrate Bourbon Month with George Dickel and Blade & Bow with the American Whiskey Workshop! We will sip our way through several great whiskies as we learn about the great US history of Bourbon. Since this is a workshop, we need to get our hands involved with more than just holding our glasses of whiskies! Each of us will be able to create our own unique simple syrup variation. You will then be able to bottle and take home your personal simple syrup to add to your home bar for your next cocktail creation! While we sip and learn about these great American whiskies we will also raise a glass to Nicole Austin, the incredible distiller of George Dickle whiskies! She has been responsible for many of the brand's recent innovations, including being named by Whisky Advocate as "Whisky of the year"!

This event includes:

  • Welcome cocktail
  • Education on North American Whiskey history and production
  • Whiskey tastings of George Dickel and Blade & Bow whiskies
  • Build your own unique Simple Syrup to bottle and to take with you for your home bar
  • Light bar snacks

Don't miss out on this exciting event as we toast to our national spirit with these two great American Whiskies during Bourbon Month!
