This reflective journaling workshop that will help you release 2024 with gratitude and usher in the new year of 2025 with hopeful expectation.
We will begin with a heart-opening cup of cacao, a delicious chocolate-y beverage to inspire creativity.. We will travel back in time to lovingly reflect on the events of the last year, honoring and celebrating special moments of personal growth and connection with a unique style of journaling.
We will then turn our vision to the year ahead, creating fresh intentions through journaling, supported by the beautiful imagery and messages of oracle cards and aromatic essential oils.This journaling process will let us connect more deeply with the meaningful parts of our lives.
The workshop will also include some interactive activities so that we can learn from others’ experiences. Mid-workshop, delicious healthy snacks will be provided.
At the conclusion of the workshop, you will experience a sample of 9D Breathwork for relaxation followed by an intentionally crafted guided meditation to usher in the abundance of the new year.

**You will be using your smartphone to look at your year or photos as well as your 2024 calendar of events. If you don’t use your phone for photos or calendar, then bring whatever you do use (printed photos, paper calendar, etc.)
**If you do not have oracle cards, I will be bringing several decks for you to use for this workshop.
This event is for anyone who wants to mindfully reflect and bid 2024 goodbye and welcome in 2025 with beautiful rituals steeped in love, awareness and reverence for this amazing life we get to enjoy!
