π Celebrate 40 Years of the Norman F. Feldheym Central Library! Forty years ago, San Bernardino opened the doors to the Norman F. Feldheym Central Library, named in honor of our own Rabbi Norman Feldheym, who faithfully led Congregation Emanu El from 1937 to 1971 and as Rabbi Emeritus from 1971 until his death in 1985.
