Ceilidh - In Aid Of The Yard

Join us for a cracking night of dancing, laughter, and community at our charity ceilidh in aid of The Yard.

The evening will feature live music from a traditional Scottish band, with a caller to guide dancers of all abilities — no previous ceilidh experience needed. Alongside the dancing, there’ll be food available, a bar service, piping to set the atmosphere, a raffle, and a few classic games (including the ever-competitive “pound coin closest to the bottle”).

This event is being organised independently to raise funds in aid of The Yard, a charity that provides inclusive adventure play opportunities for disabled children and young people. The Yard offers safe, creative, and adventurous spaces where children can build confidence, friendships, and independence, while also supporting families through community and connection.
