HEAL CHILDHOOD Trauma - Most of our deeply rooted trauma comes from things we have experience in our childhood. From broken promises to all the ways our parents did or didn’t show up for us. You will come face-to-face with long-lost traumas and heal wounds you didn't even realize you had.

REMOVE SELF LIMITING BELIEFS AND STOP SELF-SABOTAGE - Here we will redesign a lot of the underlying assumptions out of which you live your life in such a way that you will experience a profound shift in how you relate to yourself and others, allowing you to pursue your heartfelt commitments with passion and freedom. Through a specifaclly design group process, you will literally recreate yourself in such a way that you will hear, see, and feel who you are committed to being and showing up as in the world.

CLOSED EYED MEDITATIONS: I will take you by the hand and guide you deep into your subconscious - confronting and finally letting go of your deepest fears, pains, regrets, and doubts. This is where we release the self-sabotage that is holding you back and open up new possibilities in your life.

REAL-WORLD EXERCISES OUTSIDE THE TRAINING ROOM:

I'm going to take you out of the seminar room and into the REAL WORLD, where you're going to be doing different exercises with the full support of your group and small group leader and redefine what is possible for you, and confronting your irrational fears! This isn't an event where you just sit back and take in the information, this is a LIFE-CHANGING experiential process.
