We are thrilled to be hosting the 3rd annual Cedar City Throwdown, presented by Edge Fitness Performance and Victory Apparel.This is a 1 day competition on November 8th with 2 person teams.
Divisions include Scaled, Intermediate and RX; M/M, F/F/, M/F combinations.

Standards:
Scaled: Scaled athletes will not be expected to perform advanced gymnastics, or lift heavy weight, but should be familiar with basic barbell movements and bodyweight exercises. Standards include but are not limited to:
Snatch 95/65
Clean 115/75
Thruster 65/45
Deadlift 155/115
Ring Rows
Hanging leg raises
Box jumps 20 inches
Single Unders
Wall Walks
Intermediate: Intermediate athletes will be expected to perform most movements, but not the most advanced gymnastics or heavier weights that RX athletes are expected. Movements are included but not limited to:

Pull-ups
Rope climbs

Wall Walks
RX: RX athletes should be able to perform the majority of Crossfit workouts as prescribed. Standards include but are not limited to:
