Saturdays February 1 & February 8Explore the Conservation Education Center in F.W. Kent Park in this winter Open House! Check out the Discovery Room, which houses education snakes and turtles, furs, skulls, wildlife puppets, and more.
This month, we'll also have hands-on winter birding activities, including an outdoor bird scavenger hunt, DIY pinecone bird feeders, information about the Great Backyard Bird Count, free winter bird guides, real bird nests to check out, and a very active bird blind to visit.
An update for cancellation will be posted on this event and on JCC Social Media pages if weather/road conditions are poor.
