CE Event - Overcoming Burnout: Leveraging Our Strengths, Identifying Our Challenges
Come join us for an insightful event focused on tackling burnout head-on! This in-person gathering at Maggiano's Little Italy will feature a series of presentations by the mental health experts and executive coaches of Breaking Forward Coaching.
The upcoming event will feature Executive Coach Nicole Ovedia, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and LCSW. Nicole will kick off the event with an insightful presentation on the identification, establishment, and evaluation of burnout. Following that, we will have the privilege of hearing from Dr. Beth Tumarkin, an experienced psychiatrist and Executive Coach. Dr. Tumarkin will delve into the formal assessment measures available for quantifying the levels of burnout and explore protective measures. In addition, she will facilitate an interactive exercise involving these assessments. The event will also feature a panel discussion led by all coaches, including Kate Caravella and Robin Mastroni, focusing on actionable steps to prevent and address burnout, create more balanced lives, and thrive.

2. **Assess and Measure Burnout:** Evaluate the diverse impacts of burnout on performance and well-being across various industries, utilizing two assessment tools to measure burnout and apply appropriate protective factors.
