This mandatory course provides a review of the rules governing contract use in Texas real estate.We'll discuss how the Texas Real Estate License Act and the rules of the Commission impact contract use and help you to distinguish between the roles of TREC and the Broker-Lawyer Committee.
You'll learn what deceptive trade practices are and how the Consumer Protection Act protects against them. Finally, we'll review the current TREC Contract Forms.
