TREC Rules:

No Late Arrivals will be allowed in class for Legal I, Legal II or Broker Responsibility classes.

For Contracts & Electives: Late Arrivals may stay without receiving credit.

Per TREC Rule §535.72(g)*, full attendance is required to receive Continuing Education credit.

Full attendance is defined as:

Arriving and completing check-in PRIOR to the official start of the class

Returning from breaks at the designated time

Being present and engaged during instruction time

Staying until final roll call
