CDS Self-Care at the Fair, sponsored by Children's Trust of Alachua County, is a free, family-friendly community event designed to promote mental wellness, healthy habits, and access to resources for youth and families. The event will feature stations where attendees can create crafts, participate in mindfulness activities, and learn self-care strategies. Activities will include DIY stress ball making, yoga for kids, face painting, and games. Local organizations will also be on-site to share information about services available in our community.
