We’re organizing our 16th : Meet / Trade / Resell Event for Saturday, October 5th, 2024For those not familiar with the area :
The Royal Canadian Legion Hall, branch #163, 435 Limeridge Rd. E. Hamilton, ON, (which is across the street from the Limeridge Mall, on the ‘mountain’. (Corner of Upper Wentworth St and the Lincoln Alexander Pkwy)
is now “our Event Hall”.
We’d like to invite all you, Disney fans, to come out and have a fun day with us.
If you know any of your friends that might be interested in coming as well, invite them to join the our group.

Please note :
Our Meet is on the upper (second) floor. (There is an elevator available for those that need one.)
Ample free parking in the Legion parking lot.

The Canteen (on the main floor) is still closed.

There are plenty of eateries close by.
We have reserved a room on the main floor (plenty of signs showing where it is) for those attendees that are interested in “pin trading”. We have setup tables and chairs for you. This room is also our “quiet” area (for those that just need a place to ‘put your feet up’ for a short bit or get away from all the ‘busy’ upstairs.
ADMISSION is still FREE.
This is an informal Meet, no set schedule.
If you collect / trade (or are just thinking about starting to) : Tsum Tsums, Disney Lego figures, trading cards, vynalmations, posters, frames, antenna toppers and more.
Bring them.
IF you are a Disney pin collector, experienced or novice, please bring your pins.
If you have been a Disney Fan for years or just started, please come out and ask questions, tell us your experiences, where you've been, where you plan to go, come and join us.
Got questions ? we'll try and answer them.

If you're new to The Disney addiction and just have lots of questions, come on out ! We want to make sure you have the best possible experience.
I do have to add a huge “Thank you” to my support team for all the work they have done and will still need to do to make this another successful Event.
(We have to ‘setup’ and ‘tear-down’ all the tables & chairs in the Hall for this Event.)
