Join Jess Herley RVN and Amber Cunliffe for an informative and engaging evening designed specifically for veterinary client care professionals. Jess brings extensive experience in emergency and critical care and holds the prestigious Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) qualification in ECC. Amber, Head of Client Care at NWVS, offers a wealth of insight from her background in both primary care and referral hospital settings. There will also be opportunity to have a tour of our state-of-the-art hospital.
This CPD session is designed to support client care associates, veterinary receptionists and other non-clinical team members, to feel more confident in identifying true veterinary emergencies and providing appropriate advice to pet owners before they seek treatment. We’ll also explore how the referral process works and share practical tips on improving efficiency and collaboration with referring teams.
