Reuben will teach you how to make a simple seitan style "Chicken" along with a simple traditional Tomato salsa, with heat to your own liking!
Learn some tricks to give you confidence to not only make this yourself at home, but also how you can use it to suit different cuisines! We will also go through the process of extracting gluten from flour!
Saturdays are for Sangria, so you will be able to sip as little or as much as you like for the duration of the class, eat what you cook and take home the rest. Recipes are yours to keep, and replicate at home to impress your friends!
