Are you ready to put your underwriting skills to the test and have some fun along the way? Join us for our upcoming event, "Are You Smarter Than an Underwriter?" to see what REALLY goes on behind the scenes on a loan. This isn't your typical training session— it's an interactive adventure that'll inform and engage you!
Learn and laugh along with MaryKay Scully, Enact MI's Director of Customer Education, who has over 30 years of experience from various roles in the industry.
This course will review key areas of Credit, Income, Collateral, Liabilities, Assets, HomeReady and Home Possible. Assess your knowledge through a fun competition while reviewing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, as well as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Adviser credit.
