This course will review key areas of Credit, Income, Collateral, Liabilities, Assets, HomeReady and Home Possible. Assess your knowledge through a fun competition while reviewing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, as well as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Adviser credit.
