Join us at Family Camp 2022, held September 9-11. This will be an in-person event with some great learning and community building opportunities!
Because we are still living in a Covid world, Family Camp will be a little different this year. We will be holding the event in Placer County, while staying at a hotel in Roseville, CA and traveling to locations within the area. Details will be shared with the final attendees of Family Camp.
By completing this registration form, we hereby certify that:
Families who would like to attend must apply by no later than Friday, August 19th. Before you apply, please read the following carefully to make sure you fully understand your financial responsibility. This is not a free event:
• Participation is limited to families who reside full-time in CCHF’s service area. No exceptions.
• Participation is limited to immediate families (all participants must reside full-time in the same household).
• Participation is not guaranteed. Families whose applications are approved will be required to pay a $75 deposit to CCHF by August 31st. Families who cancel their participation will forfeit the deposit.
• Here is what CCHF will pay for: Two night’s lodging, including taxes; Friday and Saturday night activities; two group breakfasts; and Saturday morning learning opportunities.
• You will need to have a credit/debit card (which you will be required to present to the hotel at check-in). The hotel may place a hold on your credit/debit card for incidentals when you check in.
• Most sleeping rooms will accommodate 1-4 people. Some larger rooms may be available.
• Due to the cost of this event, CCHF will not be providing transportation or gas cards.
• All locally required health and safety precautions will be observed. All attendees will be required to show current vaccination status or a negative Covid test within 48 hrs of arrival.
