In ‘Breathing to Blossom into our Fullest Self' we will be breathing to awaken and attune to the aliveness of Spring
About this Event

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing practice that can bring deep healing and transformation into your life, as well as greater intimacy with all parts of yourself.

In this NEW 2hr workshop, ‘Breathing to Blossom into our Fullest Self' we will be focussing on the power of the breath to attune with the energy of Spring.

When we connect with Spring energy through the breath, it gives us the opportunity to create a more fertile soil for us to grow and blossom from. We can let go of what needs to be released in this new season and breathe new life into our roots so we can awaken to a fuller and truer version of ourselves.

The workshop will be led by Sarah Turner (Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Healer) and Tania Wilson (Breathwork Facilitator, Musician and Trauma and IFS informed Therapist) of Breathe to Freedom.

Both Sarah and Tania are fully qualified and insured ‘Breathing Space - Breathwork Facilitators’ after completing a year-long training programme. Tania is currently on a breathwork facilitator teacher and leadership training programme.
