Experience these showings of creative, collaborative work across disciplines by CCAM's 2021–2022 Studio Fellows.
Since last November, these students from across Yale—from architects to graphic designers, musicians, scientists, and more—have been developing these experiments, discoveries, and visions at the Center for Collaborative Arts and Media (CCAM) and our Blended Reality Lab.
Moving from virtual to in-person formats amid the ongoing challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have boldly explored new ideas, questions, and possibilities in conversation with the CCAM team, each other, their many collaborators (from both on campus and beyond), as well as audiences at our Synapses, or Friday afternoon workshops where they've shared their work in progress.
If our university is a "universe," these showings trace intricate designs between the bright points of each fellow's discoveries throughout its vast expanses—each as unique as their own processes over the last six months. While culminating for the fellowship itself, more often than not, they will serve to light the path for their ongoing journeys with these and other endeavors.
— Lauren Dubowski, CCAM Assistant Director
The CCAM Studio Fellowship is a yearlong, paid fellowship open to all upper-level and graduate students. The application cycle opens in mid-September each year. Look out for an announcement then in our .
