Themed sessions - Early learning experience - This interactive session introduces babies to a world of colours, textures, sounds, and movement, encouraging cognitive growth and physical coordination. Through playful activities like tummy time challenges, sensory play, and beginner crawling explorations, little ones build confidence as they embark on their first big adventures.
This session is open ONLY to families living in London Borough of Redbridge with children from birth to crawling (under 8 years if the child has special educational needs and disabilities).
ENTRY INFORMATION. Please report to reception 5 minutes before and no later than 10 minutes after the start time as your place will be given to another family if they are waiting to attend.
PLEASE NOTE. Whilst in the Children's Centre, your child remains your full responsibility at all times.
PHONE POLICY. No phone calls are to be taken inside playroom. If you need to take a call, please remove yourself along with your child and go outside the playroom.
PHOTO TAKING POLICY. You can take photos of your own child/ren during the session on the condition that YOU make sure NO other child/ren is/are included the photo you are taking. This is to make sure other children’s privacy are respected and they are safeguarded.
VIDEO RECORDING POLICY. Video recording is not permitted.
FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. No food or drinks are allowed in the sessions. However, you can bring water with you. There is also a private Baby Feeding space where you can enjoy a quieter infant feeding experience, but you are also welcome to breastfeed in any of the public areas.
BUGGIES/PRAMS. During sessions buggies/prams are not allowed in the building, but can be left in the Buggy Park. They are left at your own risk. The Children’s Centre are not responsible for any buggies/prams or any property left in them.
