Join us for a remarkable day as we commemorate 40 incredible years of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) Alums! This isn’t just a reunion; it’s a celebration of decades of cross-cultural friendships, learning, and unforgettable memories made between 1983 and 2024.
Date: Evening Monday, June 17th and All Day Tuesday, June 18th, 2024

Hosted by: CBYX Alumni Association Board, Your Peers, & The Department of State
Here’s What We’ve Planned for You:
- Evening June 17: Alumni Mixer on the Wharf
- Morning: Kickstart with a warm welcome at the German Embassy
- Morning to Afternoon: Visit the Delegation of German Industry & Commerce for lunch, followed by a Capitol Walking Tour led by CB-III Alums Jeremy Anderson & Max Finberg. Plus, an optional visit to a museum of your choice.
- Evening: Wrap up the day with a “Stehempfang” at the Department of State for a grand Congress-Bundestag Celebration (formal invitations to be sent seperarly)

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at CitizenM for your convenience (Code: CBYX). Buses will be available to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. All we need now is YOU!
