The focus of this 3 DAY (one weekend followed by a Saturday) workshop will be on teaching interventions and techniques. We will examine thoughts and discover how these can effect emotions, moods, sensations, imagery and behaviour. We will explore the modalities of behaviour, sensation, emotion, imagery and cognition and learn how to treat the root of the presenting issue by directing our intervention at the primary modality.
