The Blues Accelerators was conceived by long-time bluesmen, David Grey and Joe Kurtz, who wanted extra excitement and colour pumped into their music. The band plays up-tempo, horn-friendly music from a mixture genres including blues, swing, rock'n'roll, soul, pop, and a bit of reggae. The band focus on high-energy songs, peppered with rhythms and melodies from an integral horn section. Tired of the same old blues? Then put the pedal to the floor!The Blues Accelerators are:
