FAQs
Can I pick my seats or does the system give me the best available at the time of purchase?
The system is designed to give you the best available seating at the time of purchase if the seating map won't display on your electronic device (which has been the case with certain devices or browsers). Be advised that once you have purchased your seats, there is no way to move them to a different table. Keeping that in mind, groups should purchase their tickets at one time to ensure sitting together.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Each person must have a printed ticket to gain entry into the Seder. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets and directions to the venue. Print your tickets and pass them out to the individual members of your party. You can use the EventBrite app as well and you can send your guests their ticket via screenshot through the app.
Does the seder meal contain any chametz (leaven)? Is the seder meal gluten-free or dairy-free?
No leavening agents, wheat flour, bread, or dairy products are used in the preparation of the meal, including entree, salad, and dessert. Our adult meal generally consists of a grilled or baked chicken entree, potato starch, assorted steamed vegetables, garden spring mix salad, vinaigrette dressing on the side, and non-dairy mousse. Our child meal usually consists of grilled chicken strips/nuggets and the same sides, salad, and dessert. Matzah (unleavened wheat) is served separately in a basket on the table.
Can I purchase wine at the event?
FYI Each ticket includes one complimentary glass of kosher grape juice as part of the seder meal. Kosher wine will be available for purchase BEFORE the seder begins outside the ballroom in the foyer. CASH or credit card accepted. Wine sales will close after dinner.
“This day is to be a memorial for you. You are to keep it as a feast to Adonai. Throughout your generations you are to keep it as an eternal ordinance" (Exodus 12:14).
What are the ages for a child ticket?
A child ticket is needed for any child attending that is at least 2 years old on April 6, 2023. Children are considered to be between the ages of 2 and 12. If a child turns 13 on or before April 6, 2023, they are considered an adult.
