About facilitator:
I’m Prachi and I’m certified in Hatha yoga Aerial yoga as well as in energy healing practices such as Reiki Yoga Nidra and Sound therapy.
I have over half a decade of experience teaching various traditional and modern yoga formats.
My yoga and spiritual journey is still ongoing and I invite you all to join me to learn discover and expand subtler states of the self.
