CBC has changed drastically in the state of South Carolina. We have had some turnover in Coordinators. When Chance Anderson and I started CBC in this state, it took off like wildfire and we created many great relationships and memories! We created so many great relationships; on a personal note one of those great relationships was when I met my wife! CBC was our first ever meeting that led to a fun dating relationship and now wonderful marriage and family! We continued to run CBC in Columbia and life transitioned for us. Many other great friends/CBC coordinators in the state (Charleston - Sarah Allen and Amber Stewart) have also made life transitions into new cities and are living out their vocation and calling in life. My wife and I have moved to the low country and will be coordinating CBC events here! We are excited to be in the low country and we are running CBC “young family style now” 🤪
This means all ages are welcome and we just want to enjoy the Catholic community and get to know you! We look forward to enjoying the many awesome breweries here! We also look to change things up and offer more Friday/Saturday/Sunday CBC events as we have transitioned to that part of our life where we can’t feasibly hold a CBC on Friday nights only any longer 🤣
We would like to place an emphasis on getting all ages and all vocational walks of life to CBC! Please invite parishioners of all ages, families and clergy alike!
We will have a Beer Prayer/Blessing at 4pm directly followed by the 1st Toast of the evening. Closing Prayer and last Toast will be at 6:00pm
The reason for last prayer and toast is to officially end the evening in good fashion and to allow anyone to leave that may want to do so (families with children, people with plans the next day). Of course the closing prayer and toast does not mean you have to leave, anyone may stay as long as they like and continue enjoying the evening. 😃😁🍻
