Whether you are a lifetime member, a member-at-large, an alum looking to connect with your community, or a current student, we want you on the Hill from June 6–9, 2024 to celebrate with us.
We want to make this return historic. Our goal is to bring 1,000 Black Cornellians back to the Hill. This is the last Reunion before CBAA’s 50th anniversary celebration in 2026. As we look towards that milestone, we want to take this moment—in person—to celebrate our history on campus, our community, and the bonds that tie us. The 2024 CBAA Reunion theme is “On the Road to 50: Celebrating Our Rich History While Looking Forward,” and we have a whole line up of events to do just that.
Here’s a glimpse at the itinerary:
• Reconnect, socialize, and unwind at our headquarters at Ujamaa, where there will be food and drinks all
weekend.
• Golf with CBAA at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.
• We’re bringing back the Uj Sweatboxx (if you know, you know)!
• Take a trip down memory lane through campus to revisit places like the Africana Studies and Research Center,
Robert Purcell Community Center, and Wari Cooperative House.
• Bring your favorite sneakers and formal wear combo for CBAA Sneaker Ball: A Celebration of the Decades
with DJ FRiTZO.
• Cap off Reunion with our send-off brunch at Toni Morrison Hall!
You do not want to miss this chance to reconnect! The festivities start Thursday and continue through the weekend.
