Fortunately, this place exists within us all. Some have called it the Cave of the Heart – not the physical heart or the emotional one, but the spiritual heart.
On this magical day retreat, we will be discovering this inner peaceful, joyful and loving space within through yoga, meditation and mantra. We will also be making a special pilgrimage to a cave sacred to Mary Magdalene as well as to our ancient Pictish and Celtic ancestors.
