About this Event

For 364 days of the year, Cave Hill Cemetery does not permit dog owners to share the beauty of Cave Hill with their pets.  However, on this ONE day only, responsible pet owners are invited to join us on a guided walk of the cemetery with their four-legged friends!

Bring your favorite canine companion along for a leisurely stroll led by Cave Hill staff. Learn about the cemetery, meet other pet lovers, and chat with local rescues before heading across the street to PG&J's Dog Park Bar for an after-pawty with all your new buds!

🎟️ $10 per pup gets you treats for you and your dog, a stylish pet bandana, and free admission to PG&J’s after the walk. Proceeds benefit local rescues and cemetery preservation. Each dog MUST be registered to participate.

Local Rescue Booths & Registration Opens

Info: Once you arrive at Cave Hill, get checked in with our friendly staff members! Confirm your registration, pick up your pet bandana, and grab a cup of coffee while you chat with local rescues about the important work they're doing in our community! Meet some pups and maybe even apply for your new best friend!

Dog Walks Begin

Info: Beginning at 10:00 am, walkers will be invited to join a guided pack walk with a Cave Hill staff member. Groups depart every 15 minutes. Feel free to take part in as many walks as you and your furry friend would like! The final group departs at 12:00 pm.

After-Pawty at PG&J's

Info: Keep the tails wagging with an after-pawty at PG&J's! Dog Walk attendees get free admission to the bar (must be 21+). Food will be available for purchase via food truck (specific truck, TBD).
