About this Event
Seafood lovers unite! Want to learn about the local oyster scene? Or what to look for when buying and handling seafood? Chef Jeff Chase will take guests through an evening immersed in the oceans bounty. Learn oyster shucking, searing techniques, whole fish cooking, and of course, many marinades and sauces to accompany all the delicious cuisine we will prepare.

Local Marin Oysters, Two Ways | shiso wasabi mignonette, trout roe | baked with grilled corn, ponzu, panko, parmesan
Ahi Tuna Tataki + Grilled Prawn Salad | togarashi seared ahi tuna, grilled oishi prawn, sesame ginger vinaigrette, green papaya, caroline endive, micro cilantro
Miso Glazed Branzino, For Two | black rice, baby bok choy in Sweet Soy, Avocado and Pickled Ginger Relish
Yuzu Crème Brûlée | fresh raspberries, housemade sugar cookies

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration. To ensure safety, parties will be seated at separate stations and will enjoy dishes that they prepare themselves or that are prepared by Chef Jeff.
