The Glen’s 2024 CATS series, which focuses on culture, arts, technology and science, continues Tuesday, July 9, at 3 p.m. in The Glen auditorium. Logan Lewis, executive director of the Red River Revel, will discuss the history of the Revel and its importance to our community. The multi-faceted festival has been an annual celebration of the arts in Shreveport since 1976. CATS: Events on Culture, Arts, Technology and Science, presented by The Paul and Betty McDonald Foundation, is set at The Glen each year and brings a diverse group of scholars, leaders and artists to residents and the Shreveport-Bossier City community.
The event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. To RSVP, please call (318) 213-3555 or email [email protected].
