Join us for Cats on the Mat, every other Thursday evening at Coffee and the Cats! Participants will be guided through meditation & stretching designed to relieve tension in the body and mind while furry friends wander from mat to mat. Cat lovers of all abilities are welcome! Bring your own mat, or we can provide a chair. 18 yrs or older to register, ages 12-17 with parent signature. Class registration is $20.
