We’re so excited to gather at the cozy and welcoming Cat Lady Cafe for our next MOMS Club event! 🐾 Bring your questions, curiosity, and, of course, your love for kitty cats and great coffee as we delve into some fascinating topics from LeAyre’s podcast, Myth Busters for Mommas.
Come and meet LeAyre, the owner of Happy Wholesome Living LLC, a Nutrition and Fitness Coaching Program. With a background in wellness, a B.S. in Counseling, and certification as a Personal Trainer, LeAyre brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for helping others thrive. As a fellow mom, she understands the challenges of juggling a busy schedule and has developed a love for creating realistic and effective fitness and nutrition strategies. Join her as she dives into Myth Busters for Mommas, tackling common misconceptions in the world of fitness and nutrition while offering practical tips to fit your lifestyle. While the event itself is free, you can also enjoy quality time with the adorable cats in the café’s cat lounge! Access to the lounge is $6 per person per hour. You can book in advance through the Cat Lady Cafe’s website or check availability when you arrive (though immediate access isn’t guaranteed).
