Come out to Choctaw Stadium (Arlington) and watch your JPII Cardinals take on Nolan Catholic in the Catholic Bowl.The Catholic Bowl dates back to 2021, when Patrick Steenberge and the Catholic Dioceses of Fort Worth/Dallas collaborated to provide a unique experience for Catholic school teams. John Paul II High School, Plano, Texas – St. Thomas High School, Houston, Texas – Nolan Catholic High School, Fort Worth, Texas – & Little Rock Catholic High School, Little Rock, Arkansas – were the first teams to participate in the annual event held at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas. The event has ran annually since 2021, around the date of September 11, serving a purpose, to promote Faith, Freedom, and Football. 2025’s event will be held at Choctaw Stadium, in Arlington, Texas.
