Through this breathwork, you can not only release current stress and emotions, but also access and heal past traumas—including those connected to birth and early childhood memories often stored at a cellular level and typically inaccessible through traditional talk therapy.
Each journey begins with accelerated breathing and then naturally shifts into the most optimal and healing rhythm your body needs in the moment. This process can open the door to altered states of consciousness, energetic and emotional release, and even a profound sense of personal “re-birth.”

Angela Sokolova is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Practitioner specializing in humanistic psychology which emphasizes the individual's personal worth, the importance of human values, and the creative, active nature of human beings.
Angela's spiritual path began over 20 years ago with studies in QiGong, Psychosomatic Healing, Breathwork, Mandala Art Therapy and Creative Coaching, offering decades of experience in teaching both children and adults.

PREPARATION FOR CLASS

WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat, 1-2 blankets and a small pillow just in case for your neck or knees support.
WHAT TO WEAR:
It is better to wear loose clothes. If you are coming to a live class immediately after work, you may bring the proper clothing and change when you arrive.
PLEASE DO NOT COME ON A HUNGRY BELLY.
Eat an hour before class or have a small snack that you would not think about food during breathing.
The class is 2 hour-long.
CANCELATION:
24-hour cancelation policy. If by any chance you feel not well, have a cold or flu, please cancel your participation.
