Through music, sound, yoga, breathwork, intuitive movement, and guided parts and shadow work, we will create a safe and supportive space to transmute stuck tension, emotions, and trauma and invite our soul essence to return. Together, we’ll practice accessible techniques that help free stuck energy and reconnect you with your most authentic self.
