Category One Historic Place Celebration and Open Day

Open day and celebration.
Recently, the Kakanui Church received Category One Historic Place staus with Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga.
We invite the community to come along and acknowledge this recognition with us. Without our community, this recognition would not have been possible.
The Kakanui Church will be open on 18th October 2025 from 11am until 3pm.
Food will be available to purchase and all funds will support the Kakanui School.
