Dr Venetia Young (retired GP )and Shelley Murphy (yoga teacher and breath coach) will be facilitating this workshop. They have run several successful events over the last 2 years. You will learn about how your breathing causes your body to be settled or unsettled. Understanding how your body works is a key to better health. Using case histories and a stress flowchart you will be able to experience how whenbreathing slowly and diaphragmatically in a variety of ways, you can get control back of your body and your life! You will have a chance to practice breathing techniques and will be given resources to take away to follow up.
Learning to breathe efficiently is suitable for a range of health difficulties from high blood pressure, to asthma, chronic pain, anxiety, sleeping problems, snoring and sleep apnoea, PMT, menopausal symptoms
