Catching Fire Hiveminds are one hundred percent focused on impact. Impact on you as an agency owner trudging through the mire of running, developing and growing an agency. Impact on your business and the people around you.
Think of this as the mixture of the following all rolled into one (affordable) package:

This is not for everyone
There are some prerequisites:
- You must have the desire to grow, learn and improve both yourself and your business
- You must be prepared to invest a minimum of one day a month to work on your business
- You must be prepared to be open honest and supportive
We are looking for agency owner and founders looking to improve their business.
We want people to attend who are genuinly interested in being part of a Catching Fire Cohort and are prepared to invest £447 + VAT a month moving forward.
Catching Fore will be in line with The Agency Adventure ethos that every Agency owner / founder is on their own adventure. Yes, there are similaritaries and paths will cross however each destination may be different; the routes you take may be different , the speed of development will not be the same, and the challenges you face will vary.
This is why the Catching Fire hivemind is different - it is not a programme, a quick fix solution. The topics and direction will be led and directed by the cohort.
The Agency Adventure will provide the Guided leadership and facilitation and access to the Experts in residence as decided by the cohort.
