Journey into Native American heritage and experience firsthand the crafts and foods for a better understanding and appreciation for the Lakota and their traditions! Join in on some candid discussions in this three session class as you learn where the dream catcher REALLY originated from and craft your very own to keep! Wrap the 3-5" hoop with faux suede cord, floss or faux waxed sinew and finish by lacing beautiful beads and feathers into your dreamy web. Enjoy a sampling each night of traditional Lakota foods like Wasna Jerky, Wojapi, Choki Bread, and Wahanpi soup and learn the difference between traditional and modern day Native food.
