Beat the school exclusion deadline! This walk-in vaccination clinic is for ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ก-๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ who need to catch up on required school vaccinations. Registered Nurses will provide students Tdap, hepatitis A, meningitis, and HPV vaccinations. No appointment is needed.Parents/Guardians must accompany their student to the clinic and are encouraged to complete paperwork online before the clinic. Additional items to bring to the clinic include the letter from the school, the studentโs health insurance information and vaccination record, if available. Spanish speakers will be available and no one is turned away for inability to pay.
