The Catawba Valley Pride Board of Directors cordially invite all LGBTQ+ people and allies to their 16th Annual Pride Festival that will be held at Catawba Farms! Catawba Farms is located at 1670 Southwest Boulevard in Newton, North Carolina. The event is on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. This is an all-ages friendly event featuring a vendor fair, drag entertainment, music, dancing, food trucks, and “The world’s smallest people powered but fastest growing Pride Parade!”. This year’s theme is “Hate has no home here.” Board President Leo Morton said “This year, Catawba Valley Pride stands united under the theme “Hate Has No Home Here.” In response to the harmful rhetoric and actions we've witnessed from some community leaders, we are choosing love, visibility, and joyful resistance. Pride is more than a celebration—it's a bold declaration that every person deserves to be seen, safe, and valued. At Catawba Valley Pride, we are building a space where all are welcome, and hate is not. Join us in celebrating a community grounded in dignity, inclusion, and fierce pride.
