July Topic: Leveraging the 3 R’s — Respect, Recognition, and Reward
If you’re a leader, no matter where you are on the org chart, then you’re responsible for results. Lots of things goes into achieving these results – culture, accountability, morale, employee retention, healthy team dynamics, the list goes on and on – but one thread ties all of these aspects together… People and their performance.
Along those lines, a recent joint survey by Workhuman and Gallup revealed that employees are 68% less likely to experience workplace burnout when they feel connected to their culture. Workers receiving social recognition at their organization are 3.7x more likely to be engaged and 55% less likely to seek a new job. What does this mean for you?... It is up to you as the leader to ensure employees feel connected to their workplace and thrive at their jobs in order to achieve said results.
In this month’s Leaders Roundtable, we’ll explore the 3 R’s – Respect, Recognition, and Reward – and how to engrain them into the culture at every level. In doing so, achieving the results you’re responsible for through a healthy and productive workplace that builds people up.
Space is limited to 25 people.
